Role: Executive Director of Value & Implementation (V&I) GMSA for COPD, leading global medical and scientific affairs strategy within the V&I organization. Responsibilities: develop and execute the global V&I plan for COPD, align regional strategies across the U.S., China, and Japan, and foster relationships with scientific leaders and stakeholders. Lead cross-functional collaborations with product development, outcomes research, and commercial teams; oversee scientific exchange and data generation activities; and support local data studies and investigator-initiated research. Manage and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring strategic clarity, operational excellence, and budget stewardship within a hybrid work environment. Requirements: MD, PhD, DDS/DMD, or PharmD (MD preferred); minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical medical affairs or clinical development, with expertise in pulmonology, pulmonary critical care, or infectious disease. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and global collaboration skills required. Preferred: 5+ years in medical affairs or clinical development with proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and experience in COPD or related therapeutic areas. High-value: global scope, COPD therapeutic area, medical affairs leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and international stakeholder engagement. Travel: up to 30%, hybrid setup.
