Executive Director, Market Access

Role: Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market access strategy for rezatapopt, supporting its first commercial oncology launch. Responsibilities include designing the access organization, managing pricing, reimbursement, payer engagement, contracting, and patient support programs; collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams; and overseeing evidence generation and value communication efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred), 15+ years in biopharma with leadership in market access functions, proven experience in launching oncology products, deep expertise in U.S. payer systems, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and distribution models. Preferred: experience with precision oncology, biomarker-driven therapies, HEOR, and global market access. High-value specifics include oncology, biomarker-defined patient populations, first commercial launch, and strategic payer engagement. Work setup: remote; no travel specified.
