Head of Launch Excellence will drive best-in-class launch capabilities and ensure successful commercialization of pipeline assets. Establish and lead Launch Excellence across the organization, providing ongoing support/planning for launches of multiple therapeutic options in the US. Partner with cross-functional launch teams globally and regionally to develop launch disciplines, consistent tools and KPIs, and ensure launch excellence against business deliverables.

What You’ll Do
- Develop agile launch strategies to accelerate launch planning, execution, and integrated resource planning aligned to global launch ambition.

You’ll Also
- Develop and drive the launch management framework.
- Lead pre-launch launch reviews against key milestones/objectives.
- Partner with leadership across functions (including medical and marketing) for strategic alignment.
- Lead by influencing and coordinating workstreams to ensure launch readiness.
- Develop and implement launch metrics and tracking mechanisms for progress/impact and continuous improvement.
- Support teams to meet/exceed launch readiness goals; manage decisions, issues, problem-solving, risk/contingency planning.
- Establish and oversee launch excellence frameworks, tools, methodologies (Global and US launch playbook), including governance for new launches.
- Conduct pre-/post-launch performance assessments; capture learnings to evolve the playbook.
- Raise risks in brand/launch plans and inform mitigation and resourcing needs; lead through ambiguity/change.
- Connect Global/Regional launch teams and the US launch team, sharing progress, risks, and lessons.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, General Management, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years commercial experience in marketing, product launches, strategy, commercial operations, or related areas in biopharma/pharma/biotech/life sciences or consulting.

Additionally
- Collaborative, strategic, strong communicator with executive presence; can influence senior leaders cross-functionally.
- Hands-on approach; credibility across all levels.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Significant experience launching multiple pharma/biotech assets/therapies.
- Proven leadership in developing/upskilling teams; motivating performance.
- Track record managing/leading in a matrix environment.

Travel: Occasional domestic/international travel ~10–20%.
