Executive Director, IT Commercial

Role: Executive Director, IT Commercial at Immatics, leading the strategy and execution of IT systems and data platforms supporting US commercial launch and patient operations in cancer immunotherapy. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end IT roadmap for commercial systems, patient tech stack, and data foundation; aligning system deployments with business milestones; and overseeing vendor and stakeholder engagement across global IT, commercial, and medical functions. Qualifications: 15+ years in IT within pharma/biotech, with 7+ years in senior leadership; bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred). High-value: experience with US product launch readiness, commercial data platforms (MDM, data warehouse/lake, analytics), GxP/CSV compliance, and familiarity with Cell & Gene therapy.
