Executive Director, IT Commercial

Role: Executive Director, IT Commercial at a biopharma focused on cancer immunotherapy, responsible for establishing and leading the IT Commercial & Patient Operations function to support US product launch strategies and milestones. Responsibilities: own the end-to-end IT roadmap—covering commercial systems, patient operations platforms, and data infrastructure—aligning technology deployment with business needs across marketing, sales, medical affairs, and market access; manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and other regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, or related; 15+ years of IT experience in pharma or biotech, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles. Preferred: advanced degree, experience with US product launches, knowledge of Cell & Gene therapy, and expertise in commercial data foundations and regulatory compliance. High-Value: focus on commercial and medical IT systems, data management, GxP compliance, and integration across enterprise platforms, supporting biologics or cell/gene therapies, with a remote work setup and strategic leadership scope.
