Executive Director, Head of Strategy & Transformation

Role: Executive Director, Head of GTEO Strategy & Transformation, leading the strategic planning, design, and execution of technology modernization across Regeneron's global technology and operations organization. Responsibilities include setting multi-year architecture and investment strategies, managing the portfolio and budget, leading major transformation programs from strategy to delivery, and integrating security and AI considerations into the enterprise estate. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders across research, commercial, and manufacturing functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, and overseeing governance, metrics, and benchmarking. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field; 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure or tech strategy, with 5+ years in leadership of strategy or transformation functions, and 3+ years managing complex portfolio decisions. Preferred: MS, MBA, or equivalent; experience with cloud, security, AI, and regulated environments, especially in pharma, biotech, or life sciences. High-Value: global enterprise, technology modernization, security and AI integration, cross-functional leadership, multi-domain portfolio management, and experience in regulated, GxP environments.
