Executive Director, Head of Commercial & Enterprise Applications

Role: Lead the strategic management and enhancement of Revance's commercial and enterprise application portfolio, including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud), life sciences CRM (IQVIA OCE), ERP (Aptean Ross), contact center (Five9), and related applications. Objectives: ensure platform scalability, integration, automation, and support excellence aligned with business growth and innovation. Responsibilities: own end-to-end platform health, oversee solution delivery, lead cross-functional teams, drive best practices, and leverage AI for process improvements. Partner with business units to translate strategies into technical roadmaps, and manage third-party vendors. Focus on operational excellence with a “zero incidents” support goal, including proactive monitoring, incident reduction, and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years leading enterprise application teams, preferably in biotech/pharma contexts; proven Salesforce multi-cloud expertise; experience managing CRM and ERP end-to-end implementations; strong background in quote-to-cash processes; vendor and team management skills; experience with AI, automation, DevOps, and ITIL best practices. Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related; advanced degree preferred. High-Value: focus on life sciences commercial systems, multi-cloud Salesforce architecture, ERP and CRM integration, and enterprise support in regulated environments. Location: hybrid onsite in Nashville, Dallas, LA, SF, or Johnson City with no specific travel requirements.
