Executive Director, Head of Agentic Factory - Remote

Role: Executive Director, Head of Agentic Factory, leading the design, deployment, and scaling of AI agents and autonomous workflows to transform commercial operations. Responsibilities: define and execute the AI factory strategy, build reusable AI agents and orchestration frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI use cases, establish engineering standards for LLMs and governance, drive adoption of AI tools, and lead a team of AI engineers and architects. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field; 12+ years leading AI or platform engineering teams; experience scaling AI/data platforms in regulated sectors like pharma or healthcare; expertise in LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, MLOps, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI integration. Preferred: familiarity with commercial operations use cases, AI tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and telemetry, and proven ability to attract and develop AI talent. High-Value: enterprise AI platform leadership in highly regulated, data-driven environments with focus on secure, governed AI deployment, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
