Major Accountabilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the enterprise Agentic Factory.
- Build and scale reusable AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and agent development standards.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver high-value agentic AI use cases.
- Establish best practices for LLMs, agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
- Drive adoption of reusable tools, accelerators, and reference architectures to reduce time-to-value.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers, platform engineers, and solution architects.
- Measure and continuously improve deployed agent performance, reliability, and business value.

Education
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Required Experience And Skill Set
- 12+ years leading AI/software/platform or enterprise technology; 5+ years leading managers or multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience scaling AI/data platforms in regulated industries.
- Track record scaling generative/agentic AI, ML, automation, or platform products from experimentation to production with measurable value.
- Technical fluency: LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, vector/graph databases, APIs, cloud, MLOps/LLMOps, DevSecOps, observability, evaluation, access controls, enterprise integrations.
- Ability to build reusable standards/reference architectures/accelerators.
- Experience with portfolio prioritization, technical debt, budget/resource trade-offs, vendor/partner orchestration, and risk governance.
- Executive communication to align product/engineering/architecture/security/legal/privacy/compliance.

Preferred Experience And Skill Set
- Commercial operations/customer engagement, omnichannel, field enablement, content, analytics use cases.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP/A2A, telemetry, prompt/model security testing, AI ROI measurement.

Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated)
- Salary range: $225,400–$418,600. Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards. US-based benefits include health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, and time off.
