Role: Executive Companion Diagnostic (CDx) Lead within Global Medical Affairs for solid tumors, responsible for developing and executing the global CDx medical strategy, supporting market launch, and generating clinical and real-world evidence to inform clinical and commercial decisions. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional planning for CDx programs, collaborate with clinical development, biometrics, and commercial teams, engage KOLs, support scientific publications, and ensure regulatory and compliance standards. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or MD equivalent with 8+ years in biotech/pharma, extensive experience in solid tumor oncology, clinical and CDx medical expertise, understanding of biomarker development, LDTs, and companion diagnostics. Preferred: prior Medical Affairs experience in CDx, strategic leadership, SOP development, and knowledge of industry IT solutions. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on diagnostics in oncology, supporting CDx launches, clinical utility studies, and working in a global, cross-functional setting. Work setup: 25% travel. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and medical review within a fast-growing oncology-focused organization.
