Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in leadership roles managing large teams; 7+ years in central lab or biotech/pharma services; 5+ years in change management and client relationship building. Preferred: master’s degree; 5+ years in biotech project management; 3+ years driving digital transformation initiatives.
