Role: Serve as Executive Director of FP&A at a biotech focused on precision oncology, leading enterprise-wide financial planning, analysis, and strategic partnership to support organizational growth and clinical development. Responsibilities: oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning; partner with Clinical Operations to refine trial forecasting and support complex late-stage development budgets; serve as finance representative on Global Program Teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment; conduct scenario analysis, monitor cash runway, and prepare financial reports for leadership and board; develop scalable FP&A processes, tools, and early-stage commercial finance support; lead a team of two finance professionals, fostering high performance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance or related field; 15+ years in finance, with significant biotech or pharma experience, including late-stage clinical trial budgeting and forecasting; expertise with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite); proven leadership and cross-functional partnering skills; deep understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical-stage finance. Preferred: MBA or CPA; experience supporting pre-commercial and late-stage clinical programs.
