Data Analytics:
- Leverage data analytics tools to generate actionable insights on market landscape, product performance, brand strategy, and competitive dynamics; translate findings into strategic initiatives.
- Use data science for advanced analytics to support field force targeting, patient identification, and HCP referral networks.
- Lead launch performance analytics (patient funnel tracking, treatment rates, revenue metrics).

Forecasting:
- Build, challenge, and champion forecast models across the full product pipeline; present a cohesive forecast story to senior leadership.
- Execute NPV and sensitivity analyses to support pipeline and business development analytics.
- Partner with finance on variance analysis and current-year sales projections.

Patient Access:
- Apply managed care expertise to inform data-based managed care strategy decisions.

Reporting & Data Strategy:
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards; define KPIs aligned to business goals; perform ad hoc analyses.
- Select/procure commercial data sources; optimize data architecture for KPIs and reporting (account hierarchies, HCP NPI-account linkages).
- Oversee integration of Veeva with sales and claims data; recommend CRM scope and optimize CRM data use.
- Partner with IT on data lake connectivity and scalable infrastructure.

Team & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional Forecasting and Analytics team; foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and Business Development.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s required (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech data analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Preferred: rare disease experience.
- Experience with NPV and forecasting variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with pharma data sources/platforms (e.g., Komodo, IQVIA, specialty/claims data, Veeva).
- Proficient with SQL and/or Python in cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
- Strong analytical/data interpretation; strategic, action-oriented; comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication/presentation across stakeholders; highly collaborative and adaptable.
- Passion for advancing innovative therapies.
