Executive Director, Forecasting & Analytics

Role: Executive Director, Forecasting and Analytics at uniQure, leading strategic data analysis and forecasting to support business growth and decision-making in gene therapy. Responsibilities: oversee advanced analytics, build and challenge product pipeline forecasts, develop KPIs and PowerBI dashboards, and optimize data strategy through integration of multiple sources and platforms (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA, Snowflake). Lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Finance, and other departments, and support launch and pipeline analytics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech data analytics, forecasting, with expertise in rare diseases, NPV analysis, and familiarity with platforms like SQL, Python, Veeva. Preferred: experience in gene therapy or biologics, strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication.
