Executive Director, Enterprise Data

Location: Tri-State (Sleepy Hollow, NY; Tarrytown, NY; Armonk, NY; Warren, NJ) or Cambridge, MA.

Discover Your Role
- Enforce enterprise data quality standards.
- Lead master data management and data cataloging.
- Own and run the enterprise semantic layer.
- Build and maintain the enterprise business glossary and taxonomy.
- Lead development of knowledge graph infrastructure.
- Design and deliver a federated, AI-ready data ecosystem across domains.
- Maintain GxP-compliant data standards.
- Own data privacy and security standards across the enterprise data estate.

This Role Might Be For You If You
- Have built data foundations enabling enterprise AI/analytics.
- Have hands-on experience with data governance, master data management, and metadata management.
- Can lead federated data architecture and semantic layers (strategist + technical leader).
- Understand data governance with regulatory/clinical/commercial needs.
- Are current on vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG.
- Can partner with distributed engineering teams and influence across functions.

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree required for some scientific/clinical positions).
- 17+ years’ experience in enterprise data management, data governance, or data architecture.
