Executive Director Employee Technology & Digital Workplace

Role: Executive Director of Employee Technology & Digital Workplace, leading the transformation of HR technology services to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: develop strategic vision and roadmap for employee-centric digital platforms, oversee Service Desk and ITSM operations via ServiceNow, modernize onboarding/offboarding workflows, engineer digital workplace tools, and manage collaboration and endpoint platforms (M365, AV, mobility). Drive experience metrics, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives; build and lead a global, high-performing team; partner with enterprise architecture and IT strategy functions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related; 17+ years in IT service delivery, end-user computing, or digital workplace leadership; expertise in ITIL, ServiceNow, automation, AI, and modern collaboration tools; proven experience managing large, distributed teams and vendor relationships; strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and stakeholder collaboration. High-Value: enterprise-wide employee technology services, digital workplace engineering, ServiceNow platform modernization, global team leadership, candidate should be comfortable with on-site work four days/week in Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ, with relocation support but no fully remote option.
