Executive Director, Data & AI

Role: Lead the development and execution of Revance's enterprise AI & Data platform, serving as the central knowledge and insight hub to drive commercial growth. Responsibilities: design scalable data architecture, operationalize AI/ML models, embed insights into commercial workflows, and establish data governance and quality standards. Lead the AI & Data Engineering teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure platform scalability, reliability, and explainability. Requirements: 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI, with 5+ years leading teams; proven success in building revenue-driving intelligence systems, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries; experience with platform modernization, data integration, MLOps, and enterprise architecture. Preferred: familiarity with loyalty ecosystems, CRM, omnichannel personalization, and operationalizing AI at scale. High-Value: strategic leadership in data/AI, healthcare or life sciences domain expertise, building scalable AI-enabled recommendation systems, experience translating data strategy into executive narratives. Work Setup: remote, Nashville or Dallas preferred.
