Executive Director, Corporate Strategy & Intelligence

Role: Executive Director, Corporate Strategy & Intelligence at Recursion, leading competitive and commercial analysis to guide pipeline prioritization, partnership decisions, and long-term growth strategies. Requirements: advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD or equivalent), 10+ years in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting with expertise in pipeline differentiation, market research, and corporate strategy; deep understanding of drug development, clinical stages, regulatory landscape, and market access; proven experience influencing high-stakes decisions; strong financial modeling and analytical skills; exceptional communication skills. Preferred: experience with AI-enabled drug discovery platforms, platform biotechs, or business development transactions.
