Executive Director - Compliance

Role: Executive Director - Compliance, leading US compliance program and team to ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and standards while supporting business growth. Responsibilities: design, implement, and monitor compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee investigations; serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and chair the US Compliance Committee; promote a culture of integrity and compliance; collaborate globally on policies and training; leverage analytics for risk detection; report to the Board as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, compliance certification or equivalent, minimum of 10 years in US pharmaceutical compliance, deep knowledge of US laws (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA regulations, Sunshine Act), experience building compliance programs, and management skills. Preferred: experience with global compliance, ability to lead complex projects, and travel up to 20%.
