Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end forecasting for the therapeutic area, delivering high-quality Year 1, 3, 10, and BD scenario forecasts.
- Define defendable revenue expectations; maintain transparency on risks/opportunities; identify levers to unlock commercial potential.
- Translate complex business questions into actionable forecasting roadmaps aligned to enterprise and brand strategy.
- Decompose performance and integrate forecasting, chart audit, competitive intelligence, and market research insights for scenario planning.
- Leverage strategic thinking to improve commercial success and patient value; enable matrix leaders to drive short-, mid-, and long-term KPI goals.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Align forecasting assumptions for a unified net sales view; gather/integrate inputs (e.g., market events, rates, price).
- Lead and operate the Integrated Net Sales (INS) forecasting model (gross demand, GTN, inventory/pipeline, net sales) with consistent, accurate calculations.
- Partner with Finance to deliver quarterly/annual/long-term forecasts across P1/P2/P3, Budget, and LTFP.
- Define scenarios with brand/MAx; align assumptions; run sensitivity analyses.
- Partner with CASA (Customer Engagement and Data) to reflect current market/customer dynamics.
- Serve as primary point of contact for forecasting with broader enterprise partners (Ex-US markets, Supply/GPS, Finance).
- Lead/collaborate/communicate across geographies.
AI & Capability Enhancement
- Advance forecasting capabilities; champion AI/digital innovation with Forecasting Transformation Lead and BI&T.
- Adopt advanced analytics and tools to improve accuracy/efficiency.
Team Development & Change Leadership
- Lead/coach/develop a forecasting team; champion change management and new ways of working.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- $273,870β$331,866; may include discretionary incentive cash/stock.
- Comprehensive benefits; U.S. exempt FTO + 11 holidays; other groups receive specified vacation/holidays.
