Executive Director, CASA, Commercial US & WW Forecasting - Neuroscience

Role: Lead the end-to-end forecasting process for the neuroscience therapeutic area at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on commercial revenue projections and scenario analysis. Responsibilities: develop high-quality forecasts for multiple time horizons (1, 3, 10 years), ensure transparency of business risks and opportunities, and translate complex business questions into actionable forecasting strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Data, and Global Supply to gather inputs, align assumptions, and deliver accurate quarterly, annual, and long-term forecasts. Drive innovation by championing AI and digital tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing forecasting team, fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and change management. Requirements: advanced degree in business, finance, or related field; significant experience (likely senior level) in commercial forecasting within biopharma, especially in neuroscience (e.g., neuroscience or CNS indications) with knowledge of GxP, regulated environments, and multiyear planning. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Preferred: experience with AI/analytics tools, exposure to global markets, and a track record of leading forecasting transformations.
