Executive Director, Biostatistics - Medical Affairs

Role: Executive Director of Biostatistics for Medical Affairs, leading biostatistics functions across multiple therapeutic areas supporting evidence-generation studies. Responsibilities: oversee all biostatistics-related activities, develop and lead a high-performing team, provide strategic statistical input for observational and clinical studies, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, and represent the function in cross-functional leadership. Requirements: PhD in Biostatistics or related field with at least 12 years of industry experience; extensive biostatistics expertise, strategic leadership, and team management skills. Preferred: 16+ years of experience, medical affairs or observational study background, and strong communication skills. High-Value: leadership in biostatistics for pharmaceutical research, supporting evidence-generation, observational studies, within a regulated environment, with a focus on GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
