Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive area business plan aligned to national commercial strategy (territory prioritization, resource allocation, KOL engagement, quarterly milestone tracking).
- Deliver area net sales, market share, and patient start targets by leading Regional Business Directors and their Regional Account Managers.
- Analyze area performance data and field intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; adjust tactics proactively.
- Lead area-level market shaping, KOL development, and disease-state awareness during pre-launch and launch.
- Identify area-specific market access barriers, competitive dynamics, and adoption challenges; escalate actionable insights to the VP, Sales and commercial operations.
- Build expertise in peanut allergy epidemiology, EPIT mechanism of action, EPITOPE/VITESSE clinical trial data, and competitive landscape; coach the field team.
- Partner with MSLs, Market Access Corporate Account Directors, Marketing, and Patient Services for an integrated, customer-centric approach.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual area sales objectives while meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.); life sciences, business, or healthcare-related field preferred.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical commercial experience; allergy/immunology, rare disease, or pediatric specialty preferred.
- 5+ years progressive field sales management.
- Track record leading multi-layered field organizations through specialty/biologic launches.
- Strong business acumen; ability to interpret analytics, build data-driven plans, and manage resources.
- Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy, biologics access, prior authorization, and hub/patient services models.
- CRM proficiency (Veeva preferred) and Microsoft Office/tablet tools.
- Valid driver’s license; travel up to 50% within area.
