Executive Assistant, Global Clinical Development & Patient Advocacy

What Youโ€™ll Do:
- Manage multiple calendars; schedule meetings; make travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports; take notes; summarize meetings
- Administer Team Channels (upload/update files; keep stakeholders informed)
- Coordinate Purchase Orders, statements of work, and invoice tracking; follow Procure to Pay process
- Identify needs/gaps and propose improvements
- Ensure attention to detail and timely follow-up on assigned tasks
- Coordinate invites, logistics, and execution of Townhalls and team engagement events
- Support department projects and initiatives
- Develop, format, proofread, and maintain Excel, Word, and PowerPoint materials
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on Expert Service Agreements and other contracts
- Independently coordinate team meetings (logistics, food, travel, and arrangements)
- Set up/maintain files and general correspondence

Who You Are:
- High school diploma (Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred)
- 5+ years Executive Assistant experience (preferably supporting senior leaders in Pharmaceutical/Biotech)

You Are Or Also Have:
- Experience supporting multiple executives
- Discretion with confidential/sensitive matters
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities quickly
- Professional etiquette; ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent calendar management and communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Where Youโ€™ll Work:
- Hybrid; Bridgewater, NJ (remote most of the time; in-person collaboration as needed)

Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel
