General Summary:
- Provide high-impact, independent administrative and operational support to the SVP of Commercial Manufacturing & Technical Operations (CMTO) in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage competing priorities and ensure day-to-day operational execution for the SVP.
- Own and manage a complex, dynamic calendar; resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize executive time.
- Coordinate cross-functional leadership activities (CMTO leadership team, extended leadership, enterprise interactions).
- Drive meeting and operational readiness: agendas, pre-reads, executive materials, notes, and action-item follow-up.
- Support operational rhythms (talent reviews, business reviews, planning cycles) with aligned timelines/materials/stakeholders.
- Handle confidential communications and decision-support materials with discretion and accuracy.
- Build administrative processes/systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency.
- Coordinate across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, etc. to ensure deliverables are completed.
- Track commitments/deadlines/action items and follow up to maintain momentum.
- Coordinate complex travel/logistics/offsite planning with contingencies.
- Assist with onboarding personnel and support less experienced administrative colleagues.
- Process POs/invoices/contracts as needed; assist with visitor registration and escort.

- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Workday/SharePoint/Concur familiarity (plus).
- Experience in operational cadences/leadership forums (preferred) and manufacturing/technical operations (advantage).

Education and Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s + 5 years executive-level administrative support in a complex matrixed organization, or
- Associateโ€™s + 7 years, or
- High school diploma/equivalent + 9 years.

Pay Range:
- $89,600 - $134,400

Flex Designation:
- Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site Eligible (Hybrid: up to 2 remote days/week; On-Site: 5 days/week with ad hoc flexibility).
