Executive Administrative Assistant (Fully onsite, Cincinnati, Ohio)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare/manage correspondence, presentations, agendas, and other leadership documentation.
- Maintain calendars and communications; optimize meeting schedules.
- Schedule/coordinate internal/external meetings, visits, and video conferences (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Organize domestic/international travel and complete travel expense reports.
- Professionally interact with internal/external management; handle sensitive/confidential documents in-person/virtual.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in deliverables.
- Use knowledge of company/division objectives, structure, and policies to improve efficiency.
- Recommend process and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for events (Town Halls/meetings).
- Support campus culture and manage campus budget for meetings/catering/events.
- Cincinnati campus point of contact for relevant information.
- Serve as an Employee Business Resource Group liaison for quarterly meetings, communications, year-end event, and distribution lists.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associateβs degree preferred.
- 6+ years of administrative or similar experience.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Customer/employee-focused; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team mentality with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgment; problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a highly matrixed global organization.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; adaptability to changing priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.

- May require additional hours; occasional travel.
