ETA Senior Engineer - Cleaning & Sterilization Lead

Role: ETA Senior Engineer - Cleaning & Sterilization Lead, providing technical leadership for design, start-up, and operation of CIP, SIP, and related sterilization systems across Amgen's global manufacturing network. Objectives: support the ANC2 Capital Project, ensure robust cleaning/sterilization processes, and deliver ongoing operational troubleshooting and improvements. Responsibilities: lead engineering efforts for CIP/SIP systems, support design and commissioning of cleaning technologies, troubleshoot operational issues, develop engineering standards, and drive digital tools for process optimization. Qualifications: high school diploma and 10+ years of engineering experience, or relevant higher education with fewer years; professional registration or PE license preferred; experience in regulated biotech/pharma environments advantageous. High-Value: focus on biologics manufacturing, capital projects, and process engineering for sterile drug substance production, with travel up to 30%. Collaboration includes cross-functional support to Operations and project teams. Work setup: on-site with global scope, travel required.
