MD Fill (A2 Shift, 6PM–6:30AM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday; 15% diff)
Responsibilities:
- Perform or arrange preventive and demand maintenance on structural, HVAC, plumbing, and process equipment.
- Support reliability-centered maintenance by performing/coordinating predictive maintenance (e.g., vibration analysis, oil/lubricant analysis, ultrasonic thickness or other non-destructive testing, infrared heat mapping).
- Conduct and document work to maintain compliance with GMP, PSM, and applicable regulations.
- Provide maintenance expertise for manufacturing investigations, failure/root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning and execution.
- Provide maintenance expertise for plant engineering initiatives and project execution.
- Follow EHS procedures and support efforts to improve facility EHS performance.
- Attend required training and comply with responsibilities in applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct maintenance-related training as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ manufacturing facility maintenance experience; chemical process equipment maintenance desirable.
- Associate degree in skilled trades curriculum desirable (or combination of education and experience).
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting/repair skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; reactors, control valves, pumps, etc.
- Welding, pipefitting, construction, basic electrical knowledge, and machining skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet Maintenance Department objectives with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively with operators, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Must respond to emergency maintenance requests on off-shifts.
