Role Summary
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Graduate Program at GSK βΓΓ¬ US, 2026. Two-year program designed to prepare you for future technical, operational and engineering roles within Global Supply Chain, with a focus on EHS and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop your EHS Experience: gain practical knowledge through programs of work, communications, safety leadership, and technical projects.
- Compliance & Trust Building: participate in EHS-specific management monitoring and compliance activities, including audits and inspections.
- Risk Assessment Expertise: create and implement risk assessments covering workplace hazards, chemicals, noise, mental health, and transport.
- Hazard Investigation: investigate workplaces for hazards and implement improvement strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: use data to inform decisions and introduce new technologies to control hazards.
- Problem-Solving: apply analytical and problem-solving methods (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to improve processes and enable cross-functional collaboration.
- Project Management: lead local and global EHS and Sustainability projects across site with senior management collaboration.
- EHS Qualification Development: pursue internationally recognized EHS qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH).
Qualifications
- Required: BachelorβΓΓ΄s degree in a science-related field; English fluency (written and spoken).
- Preferred: EHS-related advanced qualifications or coursework; interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and worker health and environment.
