Enterprise Technology Project Manager

Role: Commercial Project Manager overseeing enterprise-wide technical and digital projects within Agilent’s Commercial organization, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and related enabling functions. Responsibilities: lead complex projects from initiation to implementation using Waterfall and Agile methods, translating business needs into clear plans and milestones, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, monitoring risks and progress, facilitating communication, and supporting change management efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree; 8+ years supporting enterprise digital initiatives in sales, service, marketing, or digital domains; proven experience in matrixed organizations; strong communication, partner management, and facilitation skills. Preferred: PMP or Scrum Master certification. High-Value: focus on digital transformation, enterprise project delivery, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and remote work capability in the Western U.S. (Pacific Time Zone); occasional travel.
