Enterprise Technology Project Manager

Role: Commercial Project Manager leading strategic enterprise-wide projects within Agilent’s Commercial organization, supporting Sales, Service, Marketing, and digital initiatives. Responsibilities: manage complex projects from concept to delivery using Waterfall and Agile methods, translate business needs into project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor risks and performance, facilitate stakeholder communications, and support change management activities. Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s degree; 8+ years in project management supporting digital or enterprise projects, with experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, or digital domains; proven ability to work in matrixed organizations, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: PMP or Certified Scrum Master. HighValue: experience supporting digital transformations, enterprise application deployments, and cross-functional collaborations in a biopharma-adjacent environment is advantageous. Work setup: full-time remote, with preferred proximity to an Agilent office in the Western U.S., and occasional travel. Location: US-West Coast time zone preferred.
