Director, Enterprise AI Enablement
Responsibilities:
- Shape and drive an enterprise AI enablement roadmap to build AI fluency and accelerate adoption.
- Partner across teams to deliver an integrated, connected employee experience (guidance, learning, manager support, adoption plans/campaigns).
- Lead change management for AI-enabled ways of working, including readiness, preparation, adoption barriers, and reinforcement.
- Define workforce AI fluency needs and deliver practical, role-relevant learning experiences.
- Enable leaders and managers to coach responsible, compliant AI use and redesign work to improve outcomes.
- Build an AI adoption network of champions and change partners.
- Create reusable frameworks, resources, and standards for consistent change/learning/adoption.
- Define and track measures of fluency, behavior change, and adoption; use feedback/data to improve.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Enterprise change management and technology adoption expertise; adult learning/capability building.
- Ability to integrate communications, learning, leader/manager enablement, and feedback into a coherent approach.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and responsible, compliant use; strong facilitation and stakeholder influence.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree (OD/OB/HR/psych/education/communications) or relevant experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Typically 10+ years in enterprise change/capability building/learning strategy or technology adoption.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations; scaling learning for employees/managers/leaders.
Pay Range:
- $186,400 - $279,600; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
