Grad Co-op - Operations - Engineering
What You Will Do
- Work with project design teams and expert Engineers to craft, develop, and support engineering project development, plans, standards, and equipment selection
- Support Engineering assessments, technical feasibility, lifecycle impact, and cost analysis of potential Engineering projects
- Support development and implementation of strategic Engineering projects and goals, including business case development
- Research project scopes and Engineering processes to identify improvement initiatives and new innovative technology
- Contribute to innovative programming on safety and health to improve compliance, elevate workforce well-being, and reduce operational risk
Program Eligibility Requirements
- Available to work a full-time schedule
- Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university after the internship/co-op
- Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the program
Basic Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program (MBA internship) OR Master’s program (Master’s internship) OR PharmD program (PharmD internship) OR Ph.D. program (PhD internship) from an accredited college or university; completion of the first year before the internship starts
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree concentration(s) and study areas in Engineering/Construction Management/Biotechnology/CS/Environmental/Occupational Health/Toxicology/Public Health/Nursing/Biomechanics/Ergonomics/Architecture & Design
- Desire to learn engineering principles/analyses for project justification, design, development, and capital planning
- Ability to lead and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- Strong written and oral communication, relationship building, leadership
- Experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; exposure to BIM (Revit) and curiosity for AI/data sciences
- Ability to manage time efficiently with minimum supervision
Benefits/Compensation
- Base pay range (U.S.): $35.34 - $41.20 per hour
