Engineering Development Program

Role: Engineering Development Program participant supporting Ruveon's crop science manufacturing site in Muscatine, Iowa. Objectives: gain cross-functional experience across site operations to support safe, sustainable, and reliable production of active ingredients and intermediates. Responsibilities: rotate through various units, assist in operational improvements, evaluate performance metrics, contribute to project development and implementation, support process optimization, and maintain operational documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or expected by August 2027), familiarity with engineering tools, process flow diagrams, and team collaboration skills. Preferred: internship or co-op experience, GPA 3.0+, and knowledge of process control and environmental standards.
