Role: Process Safety Engineer supporting the Lilly Medicine Foundry, focusing on implementing and maintaining process safety management in a rapid, tech transfer-driven biopharma manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: support equipment and chemistry Process Hazard Reviews (PHRs), drive action resolution, assist with Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, and provide front-line process safety support to multidisciplinary teams. Manage and improve safety documentation, participate in Management of Change, and assist in incident investigations and safety training. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field; 2+ years in Process or Process Safety Engineering within pharma or chemical industries; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: experience with HAZOP, reactive chemistry hazard evaluation, and overpressure protection; strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
