Engineer, IT Shared Services

Role: IT Shared Services Engineer supporting the Cell Therapy manufacturing site, responsible for managing IT infrastructure and architecture critical for CAR-T production. Responsibilities include overseeing network, servers, hardware, firewall, patching, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery, ensuring 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MIS; 4+ years in biotech manufacturing or supply chain IT environments with experience in cybersecurity, system patching, GxP regulations, and supporting manufacturing/biologics systems. Preferred skills include knowledge of Cell Therapy facility IT architecture, regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11), and experience with manufacturing ERP systems like Oracle or SAP. The role requires effective communication across technical and non-technical teams, strong problem-solving, and independent working capability. It involves supporting GxP compliance, system validation, and maintaining high system availability. The work setup may include onsite and hybrid arrangements, with a focus on supporting CAR-T manufacturing operations. High-value biopharma specifics include expertise in biologics manufacturing IT infrastructure, cyber security, and regulatory standards supporting cell therapy production.
