Engineer - Design Lead

Role: Design Lead within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization, responsible for overseeing the engineering design process for pharmaceutical capital projects focused on medical innovation, supply expansion, and supply chain robustness. Responsibilities: lead design standards adherence, coordinate all design phases, develop design requirements, manage design schedules, select and collaborate with architectural/engineering firms, ensure design quality and regulatory compliance, resolve design issues, and support value engineering. Requirements: BS in Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing or engineering support for pharmaceutical or API networks, authorized to work in the U.S. Additional preferences include BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, pharmaceutical process experience, strong project management, and conflict resolution skills.
