Endocrine Account Manager - Upper Midwest

What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager role is a field-based position supporting the launch of Encaleret for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1). You will be a patient champion executing product launches with sustained excellence by partnering with ADH1 providers and patients.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable state/federal rules and regulations; maintain honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff; analyze the ADH1 market to drive territory growth.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio and its products professionally; ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.

Where You’ll Work
- Upper Midwest Region; ideally based in Minneapolis, MN covering Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute on plan; high accountability.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong remote technology skills, including AI use to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.
