What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager will launch Encaleret (for ADH1: autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1) as a first-in-class rare endocrine drug, acting as a patient champion and executing product launches with sustained excellence.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise for Encaleret (scientific/clinical).
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to find growth opportunities or concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Conduct activities per company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff; analyze the ADH1 market.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent the company, products, and people with integrity.
- Ensure all activities follow compliance and Pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based in the Southwest Region; ideally based in Phoenix, AZ, covering Las Vegas. Significant travel.

Who You Are
- 8–10 years pharma industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Proficiency using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
