What You’ll Do
- Execute product launches with sustained excellence for Encaleret (first-in-class drug for ADH1, autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1) as a patient champion.

Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret scientific/clinical information.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify territory growth opportunities/concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan; analyze the ADH1 market; build and maintain HCP relationships.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and knowledge of clinical/market/product and territory environment.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives; plan/organize schedule efficiently.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act with integrity and respect.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based Southwest Region; ideally based in Phoenix, AZ; also covering Las Vegas.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers/analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.

Salary
- $155,000–$210,000 USD (California-based candidates).
