What Youβll Do
Endocrine Account Manager (field-based) supporting the launch of Encaleret for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1). Act as a patient champion with urgency and solution-oriented mindset to deliver sustained product launch success.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals via an integrated territory business plan with key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to find opportunities and concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable state/federal rules.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams.
- Build/nurture relationships with targeted HCPs and multi-disciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling and territory product/market/clinical knowledge.
- Plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Act as an ambassador for BridgeBio with integrity and respect.
Qualifications
- 8β10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Launch experience for new products/indications in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication; ability to influence without authority; remote tech and AI skills.
- Large geographies; significant travel.
