What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager (field-based) will execute the launch of Encaleret for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1), serving as a patient champion with strong business and clinical acumen.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff; develop/nurture a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and product/clinical/market knowledge.
- Plan and organize schedule for efficient use of time.
- Act as a BridgeBio ambassador; represent the company, products, and people with integrity.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- High ethical standards; large geography and significant travel required.

Location
- South Florida (ideal: Miami or Fort Lauderdale), covering areas below Orlando.

Compensation
- $155,000–$210,000 USD (California range mentioned).
