Endocrine Account Manager - Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate scientific/clinical subject matter expertise for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to find growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to drive high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market; build and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling, clinical, market, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives; plan/organize schedule efficiently.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and ensure all activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- 8β10 years pharma experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred (not required).
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication; strong remote technology and AI skills.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; field-based role covering all of Pennsylvania; significant travel.
