What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager will serve as a patient champion with business and clinical acumen to execute Encaleret (ADH1/autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1) product launches with sustained excellence.

Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret scientific/clinical information.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan based on the ADH1 market; build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act as an ambassador; ensure activities follow regulatory, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI for customer engagement and business analysis.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Field-based in Pennsylvania (covering all of PA); significant travel required.
