Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach and engage in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities or concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Comply with company guidelines and applicable state/federal rules/regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop/maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff; analyze the ADH1 market to drive business.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act as an ambassador.
- Ensure all activities follow regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work:
- Field-based: Pacific Northwest (ideally Seattle, WA) covering Oregon and Idaho; significant travel required.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong remote technology and AI skills.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.

Salary:
- $155,000–$210,000 USD (California).
