Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the science/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage HCPs in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to find growth opportunities and address issues.
- Plan and execute territory initiatives; maintain compliant, cross-functional partnerships (Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB).
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge.
- Coordinate schedules for maximum efficiency; collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally; ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications:
- 8β10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making/problem-solving.
- Ability to influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication; remote tech/AI skills; adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.

- Field-based in New York City (all boroughs) and Long Island.

- Salary: $155,000β$210,000 USD.
