What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager is a field-based, high-impact role responsible for launching Encaleret (for ADH1, autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1) by serving as patient champions with strong business and clinical acumen.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory through an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state/federal regulations and Pharma guidelines.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory plan by analyzing the ADH1 market; build relationships with HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Act as a company ambassador with integrity and respect.

Where You’ll Work
Field-based in Northern California; ideally based in Sacramento or San Francisco.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong remote technology and AI skills to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.
