What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager is a field-based role responsible for launching and selling Encaleret (ADH1) with sustained excellence by partnering with ADH1 providers and patients.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies/procedures and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop/implement a dynamic territory business plan; analyze the ADH1 market; build and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business proficiency.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule for efficient execution.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and ethically.
- Ensure activities comply with regulations and Pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based: New Orleans, LA (ideally) or Little Rock, AR; covering Louisiana and Arkansas. Significant travel required.
Who You Are (Qualifications/Skills)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; accountability.
- Ability to influence without authority (internal/external).
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
