Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise for Encaleret (scientific and clinical information).
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Ensure all activities follow company guidelines, applicable state/federal rules, and Pharma compliance.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs (physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams).
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Act as a company ambassador with integrity and respect.

Where You’ll Work:
- Field-based in Kansas City, MO (covering Kansas City, MO; Oklahoma; Eastern Kansas; Eastern Nebraska). Significant travel required.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease experience highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI for customer engagement and business analysis.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
