Endocrine Account Manager - Indianapolis

What Youโll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager role is a field-based position focused on the launch of Encaleret, a first-in-class drug for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1). Serve as a patient champion with business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities or concerns.
- Execute territory business planning and key company initiatives.
- Ensure all activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills and product/clinical/market knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act with integrity and respect.

Where Youโll Work
Field-based in Indianapolis, IN (covering Indiana, Lexington, KY, and Louisville, KY). Significant travel required.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8โ10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority; excellent communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
